Outside Spigot Disaster

Flooded living room was caused by cracked hose bib.

The hose bib (outside spigot) is the faucet located on the exterior of your house. This homeowners hose bib cracked causing extensive water damage inside the house. A cracked hose bib allows for continuous water leaks until the unit is replaced.
