Mold in crawlspace

This home had mold in the crawlspace in their Shepherdsville home. Mold in crawlspaces occur for many reasons from trapped moisture to a water leak from inside the home that leaks into the crawlspace or a pipe underneath the home that is leaking. It only takes 24 hours for mold to begin to grow.

We cleaned the mold with antimicrobial spray. Microbial spray kills the mold spores that are present. We then used a peroxide wash to remove mold stains from the joists and concrete walls Finally, we applied an antimicrobial sealer that protects the area and keeps new mold from forming.
