Water Damage

This homeowner woke up to a burst refrigerator line that flooded the upstairs in the kitchen as well as in the basement.

Water damage in the basement on the ceiling. The kitchen was above the basement, refrigerator line broke, leaked and damaged the floor and the ceiling in the basement.

The first thing we had to do was to get up all the water and use our professional dryers and humidifiers to dry out the home.

After that, we had to cover the stain and repaint the basement ceiling. It looks like new again!
